If you believe content hosted through our Services infringes your copyright, submit a written notice including all of the following (per 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3)):
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- Identification of the material you claim is infringing, and information reasonably sufficient to let us locate it (e.g. a URL).
- Your contact information — address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
Use the form below, or email dmca@couragetalent.com with the same information.
We have not yet completed registration of a designated agent with the U.S. Copyright Office. Notices are still reviewed and acted on through the contact above in the meantime.
2. Counter-notification
If material you posted was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to the same contact with your signature, identification of the removed material and where it appeared, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the removal was a mistake, your contact information, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or, outside the U.S., any judicial district where COURAGE may be found).
3. Repeat infringers
We may terminate accounts or relationships with users determined to be repeat infringers.
